Do not use honey in infants and young children under 12 months of age due to the chance of botulism poisoning. This is not a danger for older children or adults. Taking this product is POSSIBLY UNSAFE during pregnancy because there is some concern that bee pollen might stimulate the uterus and threaten the pregnancy. It’s also best to avoid using bee pollen during breast-feeding. Not enough is known about how bee pollen might affect the infant. One of the chemicals in Panax ginseng has been found to cause birth defects in animals so it is not recommended using Panax ginseng if you are pregnant.
It is recommended to consume 1 teaspoon per day.
